Scope
rahat-apart.ru is the official information website of RAHAT APART. Public pages do not contain a proprietary booking form or contact form that stores guest input in the website database.
Online booking is handled through the embedded Otelix widget. The widget includes its own personal data consent step. When a guest uses WhatsApp, Telegram, email or booking aggregators, data is handled by those services under their own rules.
During regular website visits, infrastructure may record IP address, request date and time, page URL, browser user-agent and technical errors. These records are used for site operation, security and diagnostics.

Responsible party
RAHAT APART is responsible for data it receives and uses to communicate with guests, confirm bookings, arrange check-in, process payments, handle requests and provide accommodation.
Otelix, messengers, email services and booking aggregators may independently determine separate data processing purposes and means within their own interfaces. Data is sent to them when the guest uses the relevant widget, button or link.

Data that may be processed
- Guest contact details: name, phone, email and messenger account when provided by the guest.
- Booking details: stay dates, number of guests, selected apartment, booking comments and payment or prepayment status.
- Messages and requests: WhatsApp, Telegram, email communication and booking replies.
- Technical website data: IP address, request date and time, user-agent, page URL, security events and server errors.

Purposes and grounds
Processing is based on guest consent, booking or communication actions, the need to perform accommodation arrangements and legitimate interests in website security and support.
- Checking apartment availability, confirming and supporting bookings.
- Performing accommodation, payment, prepayment, deposit return and check-out arrangements.
- Replying to guest questions and booking requests.
- Maintaining website availability, preventing abuse and diagnosing technical issues.
- Complying with applicable accounting, payment, claim and legal procedures where relevant.

Third-party services
The website uses or links to third-party services through which a guest may submit data: Otelix, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Ozon Travel, Sutochno.ru and Yandex Travel. These services may operate infrastructure outside Russia and apply their own privacy documents.
RAHAT APART does not run its own marketing analytics on the public website. The embedded booking widget and external services may use technical cookies and similar technologies under their own rules.

Retention and security
Data is kept no longer than needed for booking, accommodation, guest support, payment settlement and rights protection. Server logs are retained only as needed for security and diagnostics.
Admin access is password protected. Website media and content are stored on the project server. RAHAT APART applies organizational and technical measures to limit access and reduce the risk of loss or unlawful disclosure.

Guest rights
A guest may request information, correction, blocking, deletion or consent withdrawal by emailing jrabapart@gmail.com and specifying the contact used for the booking or request.
Deletion may be limited where data is still needed for booking performance, settlement, claims or legal requirements.

Russian Federal Law No. 168-FZ
RAHAT APART does not request, receive or use data from the Russian federal population register. The website does not require a population register record number and is not connected to state information systems of this type.
