When this consent applies
This consent applies when a guest books through the Otelix widget, checks the consent box in that widget, sends a WhatsApp, Telegram or email message to RAHAT APART, or otherwise voluntarily provides data for booking.
If a guest books through Ozon Travel, Sutochno.ru, Yandex Travel or another aggregator, consent and processing terms are handled in that aggregator's interface.

Data and purposes
- Data: name, phone, email, messenger account, stay dates, number of guests, selected apartment, comments, payment or prepayment details and message content.
- Purposes: availability checks, booking confirmation, guest communication, accommodation performance, payment and claim procedures, website security and service support.

Processing actions
The guest consents to collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, update, use, transfer to involved booking and communication services, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data to the extent required for the stated purposes.

Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved or until consent is withdrawn, unless further storage is required for booking performance, settlement, claims or legal requirements.
Consent can be withdrawn by emailing jrabapart@gmail.com and specifying the contact used for the booking or request.
