Main terms for booking RAHAT APART apartments via the website, Otelix widget, messengers and aggregators.

Document status

This document describes the general booking and accommodation terms of RAHAT APART. Booking through the website, Otelix widget, messengers or aggregators means the guest accepts the applicable terms in this document, the booking confirmation and the rules of the selected booking channel.

If aggregator terms or the booking confirmation differ from the general website terms, the specific terms of the relevant booking apply.

Service

RAHAT APART provides temporary accommodation in the selected apartment in Antalya for the agreed dates. Apartment features, indicative price, area, guest capacity and photos are shown on the website and may be clarified before booking confirmation.

Booking process

  • The guest selects an apartment and dates in the Otelix widget, through a messenger or on an aggregator.
  • A booking is preliminary until availability, price and payment terms are confirmed.
  • Online booking through the Otelix widget requires a 30% prepayment unless the confirmation states otherwise.
  • The remaining amount, deposit, currency and payment method are agreed in the booking confirmation or in the rules of the booking channel.

Payment, deposit and cancellation

Payment may be accepted in cash, by transfer or by other methods agreed with RAHAT APART or available in the selected booking service.

The deposit is returned after check-out if there is no damage, lost property, outstanding debt or other breach of accommodation terms.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking channel, cancellation date, tariff, payment fees and actual costs incurred. Specific terms are set in the booking confirmation or aggregator rules.

Check-in and stay

  • Check-in and check-out times are agreed in advance. Early check-in or late check-out depends on apartment availability.
  • The guest must treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, keys and shared property with care.
  • The number of residents must not exceed the agreed number of guests without prior confirmation.
  • Actions that breach the law, quiet hours, safety, neighbors' rights or property rules are prohibited.

Third-party services

Otelix and booking aggregators provide their own interfaces, rules, payment and notification mechanisms. RAHAT APART is not responsible for technical failures of external services, but helps guests resolve booking questions within the information available.

Contact and updates

Current contact details are listed on the website. RAHAT APART may update the offer, prices, photos, apartment descriptions and booking terms. For an already confirmed booking, the terms agreed at confirmation apply unless the parties agree otherwise.
