Furniture and appliances
Please treat the furniture and appliances with care. Report any damage to us immediately.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed with us in advance.
Cleanliness, rubbish and cleaning
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Do not flush toilet paper or other items down the toilet. Use the bin beside it to help prevent blockages.
Dispose of rubbish in the green container around the corner from the building entrance. The photo shows its location.
Your stay includes final cleaning only. Additional cleaning is available for 2,000 Turkish lira. It includes fresh bed linen and towels, plus replenishment of soap and cleaning supplies.
Quiet hours after 22:00
Please keep noise down after 22:00 and respect your neighbours.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed only on the balcony or in designated areas.
Windows, doors and keys
Close the windows and doors when you leave, and take your keys with you.
Saving electricity
Switch off lights and appliances when they are not in use.
On the day of departure
Standard check-out is by 12:00. Please arrange a late check-out in advance if needed.
- Vacate the apartment by 12:00.
- Leave the keys on the table inside the apartment.
- Close the door firmly and make sure it is shut.
Early check-in and late check-out
Early check-in may be possible if the apartment is available. If other guests stayed before you, check-in is available after 14:00. Please agree the time and details with us in advance by private message.
Contactless check-in and check-out are available around the clock by prior arrangement. On arrival, please send photographs of all guests’ passports in private messages.
For a late check-out, let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements.
